Free Workshop for Educators - Last one

You are invited to join us for a free workshop on Saturday, March 23rd from 10am-2pm at Summa Institute in Downtown Portland.

Summa Institute recognizes that as an educator, you’re always learning. Through face-to-face interaction with children and colleagues, a new world full of possibilities takes shape every day. That’s the beauty and reward of human connection.  Now, imagine a place where education, families, children and teachers intertwine and are attentively encouraged to grow together. Here at Summa, educators are a core part of our vision of a child-centered, family supportive, educational community, sustained by mutual respect in which inspiration and wisdom emerge.

Things to know:

  • In September of 2013 Summa Academy, a private Natural Learning Relationships school for children ages 5-14 and their families, will open its doors in downtown Portland.
  • This summer, Summa Academy will hire 5 teachers and 5 teacher’s assistants from the training program that begins in April..
  • This workshop is a pre-requisite for that training program, and is the last program we will offer before the training starts.
